If the course isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided you have not completed more than 2 weeks of the program (this includes attending live coaching calls, accessing Week 3 or later materials, or downloading worksheets beyond Week 2).
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Submit a refund request, or contact Paddle support directly from that page.
- You can also contact us through the support channel on our site, and we will help facilitate the request with Paddle.
Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After the refund window
After 14 days — or once you have completed more than 2 weeks of the program — the purchase is considered final. If you experience a technical issue, billing error, or other problem with your purchase, please still reach out — we'll review your situation and work with Paddle to find a fair resolution.
Effect of a refund
When a refund is issued, your access to the course (lessons, slides, and worksheets) will be revoked. You agree to stop using and to delete any course materials you have downloaded.
