Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 24, 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

The Screens to Success course (the "Service") is provided by Optimal Life Imaging Group ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or purchasing the course, you (the "User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to access or use the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The Service

The Service is an online educational course consisting of weekly video/text lessons, slides, speaker notes, and downloadable worksheets focused on focus, dopamine rebalancing, intentional screen habits, and uncovering limiting beliefs. Course content is for general educational purposes and does not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice.

4. Account & eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
  • Send spam, malware, or attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
  • Probe, scan, scrape, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its infrastructure;
  • Infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any party;
  • Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute course content (videos, slides, worksheets) to anyone outside your own household.

6. Intellectual property

All course content, including lessons, slides, speaker notes, worksheets, branding, and software, is owned by Optimal Life Imaging Group or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the course content.

7. Service level

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

8. Payments, billing & refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

9. User content

Anything you submit to the Service (e.g. completed worksheet entries you save in your account) remains yours. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

10. Disclaimers & warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Outcomes from following the course depend on individual circumstances and effort, and are not guaranteed.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the course in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your User content, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for: (a) material breach of these Terms; (b) non-payment; (c) suspected fraud or security risk; or (d) repeated or serious violations of our policies. On termination, your license to access the course ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Optimal Life Imaging Group is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

16. Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

17. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, network outages, or labor disputes.

18. Contact
